Treatment Philosophy

Plastic surgery is not art. It is medicine.

  1. We never recommend excessive surgery.
  2. During surgery, we think of it as the last operation and give our best until the end.
  3. After surgery, we see our patients even more often.

Specialties

Facial Aging Treatments

  • Facelift: surgery that lifts sagging cheeks and the jawline by pulling up not only the skin but also the SMAS (facial fascia layer) beneath it
  • Mini facelift: a lifting surgery that reduces the incision and undermining (the area over which the skin is lifted) to reduce scarring and recovery time. Whether it is suitable differs depending on the degree of sagging.
  • Neck lift and double chin muscle tightening: surgery that refines the line under the chin by pulling or tightening the platysma (the thin muscle covering the front of the neck)
  • Droopy eyelid surgery (upper and lower blepharoplasty): surgery that tidies sagging eyelid skin. On the upper eyelid it also addresses discomfort in opening the eyes; on the lower eyelid it improves a tired-looking impression.
  • Lower eyelid fat repositioning: surgery that, instead of removing the fat bulging under the eyes, moves it to the hollow area below (the tear trough), smoothing the boundary between the under-eye area and the cheek
  • Thread lift: a procedure that inserts medical threads under the skin to pull sagging areas upward. We use a method that minimizes thread insertion.
  • Fillers and skin boosters (injections that replenish skin texture and moisture): injection procedures that manage volume in hollow areas and skin texture. Drawing on contouring surgery experience, we design with the proportions of the whole face in mind.

Eyes, Nose, Contouring, and Fat Grafting

  • Eye surgery: surgery that refines the shape of the eyes, such as double eyelid surgery
  • Rhinoplasty: surgery that refines the shape of the nasal bridge and nasal tip
  • Facial contouring surgery: surgery that refines the contour of the face, such as cheekbone reduction, square jaw resection, and chin surgery
  • Fat grafting: surgery that harvests your own fat and transfers it into hollow areas

From consultation to recovery,
a plastic surgery clinic where the doctor sees you personally

Face Plus approaches surgery with the thought that, for the patient, this operation is a one-time chance. We never recommend unnecessary or excessive surgery. We perform only the surgery that is truly necessary.

Plastic surgery is not an art that simply pursues beauty. Plastic surgery is medicine. It requires proper anatomical knowledge and a thorough prediction of the surgical outcome.

This is a dedicated surgeon system in which the Medical Director personally treats you from consultation and surgery through post-operative care. The operating surgeon personally checks your progress and carries out professional aftercare.

There is no single fixed answer for a surgical method.
After thorough consultation, we proceed with a surgical method tailored to each individual.
